We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager to help us build up our business activities in Croatia. The successful candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, while maintaining customer satisfaction and driving rapid and sustainable growth. The reporting line of the Sales Manager will be the Country Manager of Croatia and his main responsibilities will be:
More specifically, as Sales Manager, you will:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
- Identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information for profit and service improvements and guidance.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
- Prepare sales orders amp; quotes, produce frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Requirements
To be considered you should have:
- 5+ years proven experience as a sales manager or relevant role.
- A good understanding of information technology, particularly web based applications.
- Previous experience in banking sector and POS is a great plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English, both oral and written.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- A results-driven approach and strong self-drive.
- Ability to learn fast and real passion for sales.
