Job Description
Join Infinum’s marketing team representing a rapidly growing collective of 400+ experts worldwide. As a Content Creator, you will create content that stops thumbs mid-scroll, help build and execute social media plans, and nurture our brand across major channels.
Who are you? You’re passionate about social media and great content. You know what’s trending and what kind of content performs well on different social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You’re confident in front of a camera and want to become a pro at creating and editing eye-catching photos and videos with just your smartphone. You’re excited about being the voice of the brand, racking up followers, and building online communities. You want to gain valuable experience in working in a multidisciplinary marketing team. To top it all, you’re interested in design, digital products, and technology.

Requirements
- Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook, their algorithms, and best practices
- Experience with shooting and editing photos/videos for social media using a smartphone
- Familiarity with tools for mobile content creation/photo and video editing
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and emerging technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
- Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus
- Excellent command of English and Croatian, both written and spoken
- Collaborating with the rest of the team to develop and implement social media content
- Creating and editing engaging social media content using a smartphone
- Serving as a voice of the Infinum brand on social media, ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms and campaigns
- Identifying opportunities for engagement, growth, and brand visibility on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok
- Coordinating Infinum's social media presence, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and building relationships with our online communities
- Research competitors, industry trends, and market needs to stay ahead and help deliver content that drives engagement and conversions
