As a Quality Assurance Engineer you'll join Trading Team in Product Engineering Department. Trading team is a group of engineers that takes care for the heart of our exchange, the matching engine, and everything around it.
Correctness and performance are the name of the game. You will help us ship new financial products, make trading faster and bug-free. Occasional production emergencies will supply a healthy dose of adrenaline, but we promise that these events are rare. We guarantee you will not be bored.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain end-to-end tests in different frameworks.
- Develop custom tools and scripts for internal company processes.
- Strive to improve current solutions of existing QA process.
- Effectively communicate with QA, Developers, SysOps and other technical staff.
- Release testing in collaboration with other divisions to secure stable releases.
- Improve or create new documentation for various projects.
- Critical overlook of the development process and pinpointing questionable areas.
On day one you'll bring
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Strong knowledge with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Robot Framework, Postman, MochaJS).
- Solid Linux fundamentals and administration skills.
- Solid in at least one scripting language (Python, JavaScript).
- Interest or experience with Jira and Bitbucket.
- Understanding gitflow and/or other branching models.
- Interest or experience with databases (MySQL).
- Familiarity with REST protocol and websockets.
- Active knowledge of the English language.
- At least 2-years of experience in quality engineering or software development.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence successfully a broad range of individuals.
- Worked with and built successful products with remote development teams.
- Experience in Typescript.
- Experience using any kind of trading/crypto platform for personal/professional use.
- Experience with Docker container technologies, monitoring tooling (Sentry, Grafana).
- Experience with performance and/or security testing.
