As a Crypto Team Lead you'll be joining the Crypto Division within Product Engineering Department, a dynamic team that’s building the next generation of crypto-services for our customers and partners.
Requirements
- Leading the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance backend systems using languages such as Python.
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in the cryptocurrency space, blockchain technology, and trading strategies to incorporate new features and improvements into the platform.
- Support the team with their needs and in their career development.
- Mentoring and guiding junior back-end developers, providing technical expertise, and fostering their professional growth.
- Gather business needs from stakeholders and make sure that projects are well defined for execution.
- Apply software development best practices such as unit testing, code review, test automation and continuous delivery to produce high quality software.
On day one you'll bring
- Over 3 years of leading software development teams.
- Good project management skills, including the preparation and execution of project plans, as well as project reporting.
- Basic AWS knowledge amp; experience in AWS solutions.
- Keen sense of ownership and responsibility (we own the services we build).
- Strong software engineering background and experience with developing web products at scale.
- Hands-on approach we want you to be part of the team and contribute to the codebase.
- Effective (clear and concise) communication with your pears, stakeholders and engineering leads.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; working proficiency in English (written and spoken) to work with team.
