The role
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with the focus on technical assistance. Sales Support Specialist is a professional who assists the Sales team in technical/IT related questions and other day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team, including installing different tools/programs, assist with other technical issues or questions by diagnosing problems, providing solutions, or escalating more complex issues to the appropriate technical team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure fast problem solving solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to help them execute their sales strategies, tactics, and goals.
- Provide training and support to the new sales team members on products, services, and technologies.
- Manage and maintain the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Monitor customer accounts and provide customer support if needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to help the sales team stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
- Fluent English

- Understanding of basic technical principles
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
