We are looking for a Data Analytics Engineer who will join our team and help us harness the power of data to drive data-driven insights, optimize processes, and unlock valuable business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • 1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: · Work with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements. · Utilize SQL, Spark, and other relevant tools to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets efficiently. · Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and present them in a clear and concise manner.
  • 2. Business Intelligence:· Analyze historical data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.· Support ad-hoc data requests and provide insightful analysis to support various business initiatives.
  • 3. Process Improvement: · Identify opportunities to streamline data-related processes and improve efficiency. · Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to enhance data infrastructure and ensure smooth data flow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a track record of handling complex datasets and delivering actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
  • Proficiency in Spark for handling and processing large-scale data sets.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data pipeline concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
