As a Digital Marketing Technology Specialist, you will apply a blend of analytical thinking, data analysis, and digital marketing tools expertise to make change happen by automating and scaling our digital marketing activities. We are looking for a talented marketing engineer who will be responsible for segmentation, automation, reporting and development of our martech stack worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Review, rebuild and support our marketing tech stack: email marketing (SALESmanago), analytics (Matomo amp; GA), CRM, API and AI tools integrations;
- Analyze and report on impact, efficiency and opportunities for optimisation within our marketing portfolio;
- Perform campaign integration to ensure correct synchronizing and routing of leads and contacts between advertising platforms, analytics and CRM;
- Work embedded within our channel teams to support the smooth running of our digital marketing activity globally;
- Be a link between creative, business and tech departments. Cooperate with IT, BI, Product Owners and Sales teams;
- Work with data to conceive, design, execute, report and take action on tests and experiments to further our understanding of how and why our channels drive customer behavior;
- Work with BI to ensure seamless integration between platforms and measurement/tracking frameworks;
- Work with our creative studio on a program of continuous creative testing across all our digital platforms;
- Write scripts that use APIs from our marketing platforms to automate campaigns, build tools to scale activity more efficiently and automate campaign testing/experimentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrating knowledge of modern marketing methodologies, marketing automation technology, segmentation techniques, and campaign analytics;
- Commercially minded analytical thinking;
- Strong quantitative orientation (must love spreadsheets) / Strong Excel skills, Google spreadsheet;
- Working knowledge HTML and CSS, any scripting programming language (python/SQL/any other) to automate integrations;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (you'll contact counterparts across all the world);
- High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility;
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other Digital Marketing Tools (Hubspot, etc.);
- Deep understanding of CPA, CPC, CPM, CPO, ARPU and LTV;
- Knowledge of SALESmanago and/or Matomo Analytics is a strong plus.
Preferred experience
- 3+ years in B2C marketing, preferably in a brokerage/investments;
- Experience working with Mandrill, Mailchimp, Matomo, Google Analytics, SALESmanago;
- Experience with analytics automation from advertising platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook;
- Deep hands-on experience in building B2B marketing programs to help drive highly qualified leads into the sales funnel;
- Have a proven track record of delivering improvements in CPA across digital marketing channels and campaigns;
- Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-paced environment and passionate about digital technologies and working with IT/startup companies.
