Responsibilities

• Web design, responsive and mobile design
• Designing graphics for web media and SMM, connected to fintech
• Brand design, logos, identity and working with design systems
• Designing user flow models, prototyping and mockuping
• Working/editing already existing projects. Working with ready-made concepts under corporate guidelines.
• Establishing and promoting best practices and standards
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas

Requirements

• Passionate about Web Design and Graphic design
• Experience and knowledge of fintech industry
• Feeling and understanding of modern trends in web, ads etc.
• Eye for composition, color, typography and design trends
• Knowledge of usability principles, difference between UI and UX
• Attention to detail, meticulousness, neatness in layouts (consistency, grids, alignment, components, design systems)
• Portfolio of web-related and graphic work: web pages, responsive design and other (ads, banners, smm, brand graphics and identity etc.)

Skills

• Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma/XD
• Basic understanding of front-end (HTML, CSS) and rapid prototyping
• Image post-production skills such as CameraRAW/Lightroom, AI generating
• Working with ready graphic assets (AI, PSD etc.)
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Visualizing and communicating your thoughts, already at the level of the first discussions and concepts
• Knowing 3D, modeling/adjusting simple scenes, adjusting materials and lighting would be a strong advantage
