Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and analyze the existing Ramp;D processes to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the Ramp;D processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes within the Ramp;D department
• Implement and maintain data governance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with different teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices within the Ramp;D processes
• Implement quality control measures, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and industry advancements relevant to Ramp;D processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of scientific research methodologies and project management principles
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• Experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for data analysis, project management, and documentation
