Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Lead Generation Team Leader to join our Viva Wallet team in Croatia. The successful candidate will help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. This candidate will be responsible for maximizing our Lead Generations team potential by improving acquisition of new merchants, analyze/review trends, identify risks/opportunities and increase lead generation results while crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.?

What You Will Do

  • Analyze, review trends, identify risks / opportunities within the respective market to increase lead generation results;
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
  • Design, implement and execute a strategic business plan that expands the company’s potential customer base;
  • Recruit, coach and develop Lead Generator Specialists, set objectives, and monitor their performance;
  • Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing the Lead Generation Team;
  • Promote team spirit and be committed to constant team development;
  • Provide insights to the overall Sales Team in order to support our company’s growth;

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in leading Teams, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
  • Fluency in both Croatian amp; English;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills;
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close;
  • Strong business sense;
  • Understanding of the characteristics of the relevant industries (e.g., retail, hotel, freelancer, gastronomy);
  • Understanding of the payment industry (especially card payments);
  • Resiliency and the ability to handle difficult situations;
  • The motivation to succeed, both personally and financially;
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software), social networking (LinkedIn) and telephone systems;
  • Previous experience in the payment services or card terminals industry (desirable);
